I hope you guys are well and ready to celebrate the marvels of spring!

 

Mike at your office set me up with Phu at your old firm.  We met with Phu and had a good conversation and agreed to take a look at their lease and offer comment.  Phu thought we could help with their next requirement.

 

In the meantime, Bill Oldaker told Phu he has a relationship with another broker.  Phu is going to put in a word for us but isn't sure how far it will go.  Are you able to help get us a meeting with Bill?  I'll bring our President, Richard McBride.  We've have clients with two full floors and know the building.

 

Hunter- trying n ot to litter you with paper but targeted options.
