*AsianInvestor* reveals the line-up at China Investment Corporation’s private conference on global investments.
China Investment Corporation, the giant sovereign wealth fund, held its own investment conference at a resort in Sanya, on Hainan Island, over the weekend of March 27-28.
The conference has been interpreted by the media as a "coming out" party for the CIC, capping a successful 2009 in which it recorded a net 17% return on its international investments.
A source has forwarded the agenda to *AsianInvestor*, and it explains why you may not have noticed any of these executives at the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens. Such is the price one pays to be a favoured asset manager
of CIC.
