                Yes to DC (have to confirm). Ill go to any and all mtgs you want me at. Maybe I can get my partner Dan who runs RE fund to come down to discuss investment in one or several projects. I am pumped about Sassafras River Club (sp?). I would also love to explore ways to work buying into Spring Island. Also I will put together a group of potential SRC founder/members- maybe we could do a dinner when you and Jim are in DC. We should put together 4-8 guys- high net friends and fly them down for a couple of days of golf at Chechesee- maybe we could borrow someone's plane. Do you think they would be open to having the 5 main partners of my fund come down for a weekend to meet and play golf. I really think its essential to see it to understand what the Chafin -Light philosophy is all about.
               
                Finally, I am going to talk to Da d and Beau tomorrow about scheduling a day or two down there to relax play golf and just hang out in the next couple of months.
               
                Couple of other things- fund raiser for Beau and Martin at Bracebridge.
               
                I had a great time buddy it was a lot of fun- just wish I could have stayed another day or two. Thanks for everything- and send me a bill for Secret Service meals- they were really appreciative of you being so nice to them- not many people are as you can imagine.

                Had a long meeting this AM with Mont and JIm.  They would be up for doing a portfolio deal with 3 or 4 of the places as we discussed.  We need to focus on Bracebridge and the others are the carrots.  I also have a full package on Spring and the lot. Let's talk about it.  I have some ideas.   Thanks for coming down it was fun to spend time with you and share the projects with you.  Jim and I are meeting with Wells Fargo in DC on April 26th and will be having meeting with Hillier as we talked about with you and also a couple of individual investors.  Can we put something on the books with you while we are there.  I will send you over the over all package that we looked at with tweaks that we made today and put an overall portfolio summary together so you can review.  If you think that there is anyone to meet about Bracebridge during those days please let me know.
