I wanted to thank you very much for the invitation to visit Serbia the week of May 11th. As we discussed in our meeting, I am very anxious to visit and appreciate you and your colleagues in Belgrade working to arrange the appropriate meetings for me. Unfortunately, due to a change in the schedule of my other travel in Europe that week, I don’t think the week of May 11th will work for me.
I would like to find another time to visit Belgrade this spring though. Perhaps I can get back to you shortly with some dates that may work in the next month or two and we can check calendars and see what dates work best on your end.
I am sorry I couldn’t make it this time, but look forward to visiting Belgrade soon.
