Hunter/Fran – When you get a chance, can one of you please ask Dad/VP how he wants to handle rent checks.  He told me he wants them sent directly to him and which account he wants them deposited in but realistically, it will take a really long time to get to him.  I was thinking we could

a)      Set up direct deposit – we would need to give his bank account number to the tenants bank, which makes me a little nervous but I think it would be fine if the 2 banks were dealing directly with each other, and Eric and I both feel confident that the woman at Dad’s bank would keep a close eye on things..

b)      Have the rent check sent to Mel and ask that he get it deposited…
