Guys,

 

This is sent as an “FYI” to keep you up to date on our efforts concerning ‘renewables’…our companies (MARP & AERCA), thru our affiliation as board members of DSEC ( www.delsec.org ) were instrumental in assisting the passing of 3 ‘green energy’ bills this week, that now makes DE one of the more attractive states in regard renewables & RPS. This dramatically changes the landscape for larger (200 kW ~ 2 MW) solar projects, from a project financing perspective…on a forward basis and for the better. Let me know how we can collaborate from a financing perspective on any solar projects that maybe headed in the “PPA direction”…
