Subject: Re: Thank you from Advantix
Hi Don,
Let me lay out 3 options and their respective advantages (+) and disadvantages (-):
Option 1: Visit ConAgra
(+) Nearby: Russellville, Arkansas
(-) Installation is planned for about 3 weeks from now depending on ConAgra's contractor schedule; therefore you would see a very new unit (so you would not be able to observe any wear patterns; the unit will look brand new and will operate like a brand new unit)
(-) The installation type is likely not as similar to a Walmart application, since it is for a food processing room
(-) You will not be able to open the unit to examine the structure and components (as it will be in live operation)
Option 2: Visit Miami Duty Free Americas (warehouse at the Miami airport)
(+) The unit has been in operation for several years, so you can observe a typical wear pattern and speak with the customer about their maintenance and operation history / cost
(+) The application is more similar to a Walmart (possibly DC or Sam's Club) installation, just smaller
(-) Will require travel for your team
(-) You will not be able to open the unit to examine the structure and components (as it will be in live operation)
Option 3: Examine mobile unit in Bentonville
(+) You can open the unit to see the components; we can explain each of the components and how they fit together and operate, and then operate the unit for you so you can feel the impact
(+) Saves you the trouble of travel
(-) You will not be able to observe it operating in a live setting (unless you choose a contained un-conditioned space in Bentonville - it will just be reconditioning your already conditioned interior space)
I hope that helps, please feel free to call me to discuss (203-428-5680).
Best,
Hannah
