Hunter can weigh in, but my gut is that it isn't worth the time AT THIS POINT, but may be down the road. Mohammed may be a real guy, but the fact that he continues to use Howard Carroll as his guy here doesn't impress me.
That said, when we are ready on Real Estate, I would let Sam see about getting his contacts in UAE to get us meetings with some of the sovereign wealth guys there and then visit with Mohammed on the same trip to UAE. Why pay Mohammed for a contact that I think/hope Sam might be able to get himself? And we don't have to deal with Howard Carroll either - the idea that he continues to insert himself is annoying.
The FP&L stuff isn't worth our time. They want us to go to FP&L and tell FP&L that we have access to the Saudis and they should pay us for it. Until we can ascertain Mohammed's credibility I would put that on the back burner.
Hope that didn't crush the dream - I am just confident when we have the product we'll have no problem getting to the right people ourselves.

Based on my last phone conversation with Mohammed he now apparently wants to open up Rosemont Realty in the Kingdom based on the appeal of its marketable operating history and its new "backers". Is this just a total waste of time to be talking to these guys? Do we have any validation that Mohammed is a real guy or has ever gotten anything done?
