Good to speak with you this morning. I look forward to getting together hopefully next week and if not, some time shortly thereafter.

 

A pressing priority for us is getting the following leases completed (current leases in place)

 

801-899 Brightseat Road, Landover, Maryland

 

Secret Service currently has 24,669 square feet and we would like for them to extend for 10 years and take an additional 16,132 contiguous square feet at a flat, full service rate of $18.00 psf

 

The OCC has 41,294 square feet and they desperately want an additional 9,791 square feet but real estate people don’t have a light on for some reason. We would renew OCC at flat rate of $18.00 psf for 10 years.

 

Lastly in Silver Spring, we own an asset that keeps making the grade but the GSA leasing person (no names) is being an a**. This asset backs up to FDA’s new campus in White Oak (which, I am heavily involved in the new Master Plan and also own multiple assets in the area and across the street from the entrance). It is located at 12110 Plum Orchard Drive and I have 21,070 sqf available. It meets all set back requirements for force protection etc. We would do a 10 year, flat deal at $33.24 psf with $38.00 in Tenant Improvements (this is a huge number for Improvement dollars).

 

These are most pressing for me. I think when Hunter and I sit down we can hash out all the other things I am involved in, and would like his involvement in either our real estate funds, greening up our assets etc.
