•          Align with like-minded initiatives

•          Broadband expansion

•          PSAs

•          USG social and educational programs

•          Reaching the hard to reach (i.e., health, voter reg., etc.)

2. International Business Development

•          Support expansion of Holistic NCR Solutions (i.e., Postal, Airline, Transit, Security, Healthcare, Retail, etc.)

•          Work with Embassies, Economic Development leads and target country officials

•          Develop working relationship with funding sources (i.e., World Bank, endowments, et. al.)

•          Attached to synergistic initiatives (i.e., Homeland Security, WHO, etc.)

3.        Policy Advisory & Research

•          Strategic and tactical policy research and advice

•          Deep dive analysis (i.e., FAA, Amtrak, Homeland Security, Columbia, Brazil)

•          Real time advice and issue management

•          Develop short and long term policy strategies
