At the same time, I am certainly upset by what you have relayed in your email. Rosemont Seneca has never received any of the $260,000 you mention that you paid to Amitava. In fact, my recollection was that Amitava told us that CCCL was not interested in pursuing a relationship with us so I had assumed nothing had come of our earlier meetings.
I don't know what your arrangement was with Amitava and Devroop, but I have no knowledge of the arrangement you described. That is not how Rosemont Seneca does business and I know that was not your expectation when you met with us.

How are you? Hope this letter renews our relationship.
Iam compelled to write to you for a few clarifications from your end.
Last year you may recall our meeting during May 2009 and July 2009 to discuss on few projects related to Business Development (srilanka airport, Food processing, civil and nuclear construction). At the insistence of Amitava and Devroop, I had paid USD 260,000(approx. in indian rupees worth 1.25 crores) directly to Amitava.
I have not had any projects resolved in favour of CCCL and neither I have received by money back that was paid.
Could you inform me, if you are aware of this, as the money was intended for your organisation (ROSEMONT-SENECA).
Iam answerable to my board at CCCL and hence I request you to expedite the process and revert back to me at the earliest.
