I guess this is fine.  Marc can you show and explain this to Hunter and get his thumbs up on what we are doing?

I have gotten Tylee Rodgers at MG to agree to $400 for getting the accounting posted and up to date as a private consulting gig.  She is very familiar with the corporate accounting from pre-MG days.  I also just paid $29 for one more year of SSL certificate which is necessary for PASS to continue to run just in case.  So I should be close to determining the final amount.  I think the engagament amount should be a nice round number unless you don't think it matters?

Markus,

I hope you are doing well.  Marc requested that I send you this "draft" of the corporate dissolution Engagement Agreement for your review and comment.  As this is somewhat of a unique situation, we attempted to draft an Engagement that would be all inclusive per your discussions with Marc.   Please let us know your thoughts on the attached as well as the final number so we can finalize.  Feel free to call or email with any questions or concerns.  Thank you.
