Mary--FYI--We completed our initial capital raise today of $4.75M for Biogenic Reagents. In one week of seeking funds, we had 100% success from the ten investors we approached. While we will not be taking any additional funds at the current $25M valuation, the leadership team remains open to the idea of a $1M investment by Rosemount Seneca at the current valuation if they can do so under their structure and if we are working toward collaboration on the round 2 raise.
