As discussed, I am keen to explore the possibility of a strategic relationship between GE and Aqua Sciences. As you know, Aqua Sciences has developed a proprietary technology that can generate clean water from the atmosphere (NOT from a ground source) in virtually any environment, including dry deserts. Our current product line includes fully “off the grid” mobile water from air generators. This technology is fully scalable (mobile and stationary), and has been both lab and battle tested over the past several years, including in the Saudi desert with Saudi Aramco, and in the aftermath of the Haitian earthquake with the US Government. (The technology has won both critical acclaim: Wall Street Journal's #1 Environmental Innovation; TIME Magazine's Best Medical Invention, Artemis Top 50 Water Company, Going Green Top 100 Green Company, and other international recognition—all with no PR). The underlying technology is fully scalable and is protected by over 100 patents and patents-pending worldwide. In addition, we have built and incredible trade secret and know-how base which add additional barriers to entry. We have recently engaged Barclays Capital Cleantech Group to assist in closing strategic transactions for the Company. We are interested in exploring a strategic relationship with GE that could include any of the following: (a) strategic partnership in product development, manufacturing, sales and support; (b) strategic investment; and/or (c) financing for key Government and commercial sales. Unlike other standard refrigeration and dehumidification approaches which have proven to be fatally flawed, our technology is based on hygroscopic salts which extract water from air in practically any environment and also act as a natural antiseptic agent against bacteriological contamination.
