Eric,
Right now we are working on a bridge "equity' financing. We are currently
in serious discussions with 5 potential investors. This bridge would be
for an amount of up to $3 Million, and would value that round at a 20%
discount to the Barclay's round that we are currently working on.
In addition, we have interest from KKR and other serious financial
investors. I am cautiously optimistic about getting the bridge done at
this point.

As I mentioned, we might have someone who could help with a bridge loan.
Do you have some general deal parameters that you are using as you discuss
this with others? We'd like to have an initial discussion at some point
with the potential investor but wanted to give him some general parameters
as to what you were looking for, etc. This may pan out to be nothing,
but it is someone who has recently done a similar bridge loan deal for one
of our portfolio companies and he may have an appetite for another. Do
you have anything you can send me?
