You get back from BA that morning around 7am. Do you think you'd be up for getting home from Dulles and down to G'town for a lunch? If you did, I would suggest we not schedule anything for the afternoon in case you want to rest. Thoughts?

Are you in DC on this date? Unfortunately, I wasn't planning on being in DC on the 15th, but it's easy for me to fly in on the 14th for the lunch on the 15th. Part of my spending more time in AZ was the thought that I would come in when necessary.
