Funding??? What are we funding? what is the name of the company? What country? I think we would need to know what the company is and who is "in" and where the office is etc to help us with the funding. I'm not sure we need $2-5mm to start this thing.
Why don't we pick a country and then we can figure out what we need, who would start, how we proceed.
Cote D'Ivore would hire us, although its as dangerous there as here. We have contact there that we are working with to get de-listed from the 1267. He is a huge cocoa and coffee exporter who got mixed up with Taylor years ago and unwittingly ended up on a "bad guy" list.
If you think Tunisia is a possibility then we could start there. We have copies of the agreement with Liberia that could be used as a template.

Well I think we should think this through and make our pitch.Also, If you think Jay Rouse would be interested I would see about having AID hire him to help with elections moving forward. I have the entire AID spend for 2010 and there is a bunch of money in there to a firm help with elections..
