·         HNTB Financial Resources Consulting- helping clients devise innovative finance / funding plans.

·         HNTB provides Institute services on a Pro Bono basis or on a task order basis.  We work with clients in a facilitated workshop environment to develop solutions for complex projects.  These Institutes would include stakeholders (internal and external) as appropriate.

·         HNTB provides Program Delivery services and Success planning workshops.  Again, this involves stakeholders (internal and external) and we facilitate success planning and solutions for success.

 

At our meeting on the 28th, we will have our Chief Financial Consultant “Brad Gulmino”, David Wenzel our national Planning Market Sector Leader (leader of our Institutes), Peter Denitz the Northeast Division MSL for Planning Rail / Transit and Myself. 

 

When I requested the meeting it was for the purpose of listening to Amtrak’s near term and future plans regarding next generation HSR and to also share information around HNTB.
