Dear Joe and Ann,
We are very pleased that AG Biden will be able to participate in the
Counter Corruption Conference in Zagreb. I also left a voice mail
message.
There are two obvious speaking opportunities during the time the AG will
attend:
1. He could participate in Panel Four: Criminal Justice Tools, presenting the U.S. perspective drawing on his experience in Delaware.
2. Ambassador Eisen has offered to share his lunch speaking slot. That would afford greater opportunity for the AG to discuss his the breadth of his experience -- in Kosovo, with the Department of Justice, and as a JAG officer, in addition to serving as AG.
We will also look forward to his active participation in the afternoon seminar sessions.
I have attached the conference agenda and registration form.
