Please see the two emails below concerning the academy process. My son wrote his Northern VA Coordinator as a follow-up to his attempt at outreach to the West Point Southeast region coordinator. Bottom line is that it appears the final decisions on remaining initial offers of appointment will be made by end of March; and as you'll see, he has been put forward on a short list for special consideration for appointment.
This is an update and not trying to push you all on the VP letter... Believe me, I very much appreciate your efforts and understand how difficult these things can be. Just wanted you to know how things are developing.
