Stephen, I am sending you one additional thought for you to consider and we would appreciate your feedback. HNTB, via our THINK professional publication, conducts forum's on a quarterly basis. The last one we held in New York focused on infrastructure funding and needs. About a week ago, I was contacted from our corporate public affairs group about giving consideration to hold the next forum around HSR in the northeast and related challenges. I was aware of the NEC Master plan and together we pulled together a base concept for the next forum. I am seeking your feedback on several fronts. -Is this a good and timely forum to hold? -Do you think the purpose statement is the right one or should it be more focused around NEC HSR? -If you are supportive of this forum topic, who from Amtrak would be the right people to serve on the panel and or be invited. We normally extend the invite to industry leaders for the panel. By way example, at our last forum we had Chris Ward from the PANYNJ, Congressman Jerry Nadler, We had top labor officers, we had contractors and representative from the Mayor's office as well as people from Crains.
