Thanks again for convening the call this morning and for offering to take the lead on drafting up the documents. Attached is the initial proposal we drafted in January. I think the structure and budgetary portions are still relevant (with the executive director tbd), but the mission & vision has become more defined - particularly as it applies to collaboration with the NEC Commission.
