At our meeting in the Chinese Embassy on Monday, April 4, 2011, we discussed that I would send you  the names of the guests who will be attending the reception/dinner on Thursday, April 28, 2011 beginning at 6:15 pm.     For your information, the three  attachments show a suggested seating  chart by guest  for either a round table (if possible)  or rectangular table, and the company with whom each guest is  affiliated.
