Chuck/Mike/Brian-

Let's schedule a meeting or a conference call on this?   What does Thursday afternoon, Friday or Monday look like for everyone.

Let me know.

Best,

Eric

Good afternoon gentlemen:

I hope everyone had a nice weekend. Just a quick note, I met with the landowner from the University of Maryland housing project and he is being a little pushy. He has some major dollars up, and I don’t mind sweating him, but would like to see if there is an appetite from one of the Chapters to put up equity for a $220,000,000 million job. 1,000’s of union jobs to be created. The equity side is about $15mm for the ground (this is approximate).

Secondly, the Meany Center (NLC) is something we should definitely go after as a purchase. My team (which includes everyone on this email) can do something very special here.

Please let me know your thoughts. The UMD piece is very hot right now.

With regards,

Brian
