We are still discussing the date of the dinner today. I will come back to you with our thoughts after we have finished canvassing our intended dinner guests. I presume you can make the date of June 7th, if we decide to go with this date. We should know something by Monday.

Hi Arlene,
I had a chat with Marc Zwebner yesterday, and, without going into detail, I believe you should be happy having such a pleased client. I heard that the agreement appears to be on track, we should be able to sign early next week I believe. The one thing I would like to know though relates to the effective date of the agreement: You previously mentioned that there might be a dinner on June 6 (7?) where I should participate. If that does not happen, what can we expect from you, given that you leave for vacation immediately thereafter, until, say, early August? I.e., would it make sense to have the effective date being May XX, or should it rather be early August? All seen from our perspective of course.
