Please let me know if you think the number of attendees or their roles are inappropriate. I told them to be at the Amtrak office in Union Station at 4:00. However, the reception may start later depending on the conclusion of the board meeting. Hunter, would you prefer to meet them before in Union Station and go as a group to the office?
