I am sorry but On the 13th, I am tied up from noon until 5pm - straight
meetings. Any way the 10th can work?

"Good to talking to you. I am in the office the rest of this week but
can't do the afternoon of the 1st. Next week I can do the 9th or 10th and
potentially the 7th "
Tom,
How does Monday June 13th look for you and the team? Hunter "might" be
able to make the 10th, but the 13th would work better for him. In any
case, he will arrive at the office around 12pm and set aside three hours
(or less as needed) for the meeting.
If the 13th works, I will do due diligence on the phone with you the
morning of the 14th with the idea that I come to visit everyone July 26th
or 28th/29th.
Let me know what fits your schedule and who else from the firm you would
like Hunter to meet.
Best,
Arlene
