Eric—thank you for the report and it is good to have some solid third party verification. We continue to push on a daily basis to get a contract in our hands. We are cautiously optimistic this will be done soon. They are discussing three significant contracts that have to be awarded and work would begin quickly. We have learned thru our short period of time dealing with the KSA, we rush to complete paperwork and then we go into the holding pattern. We do understand and are more than happy to follow protocol. It is just our way of getting to contract and hit the ground running. I will shoot you a couple of dates for a visit to DC as  soon as I get Karl Miller and Mike Stoecker’s schedule.We appreciate the help and look forward to a relationship that will benefit both parties. Please see the attached ICP report done by the U.S. Embassy on Dhahran Global.  It seems to verify everything we have been hearing and hopefully gives you some comfort.  We also requested one for the parent company, the Al-Shoula Group.  I will forward that to you as soon as we have it.

 

Let us know if you have any questions.  If there are specific questions we have for the Embassy on this we can ask them for further information as well.
