I'm looking for your guidance on the correct person to contact within the University on a project a good friend of mine is working on.  To make a long story short, the President of Gabon, President Ali Bongo Ondimba, is interested in exploring the development of a language translation post graduate program with the University. The University's reputation in the field peaked his interest and I was hoping to make the connection between his staff and the University's.
