H1B visa questions:
· What it is the cost to transfer the visa from one employer to the other
· What is the risk that after the employee gives notice to their current employer (and applies for the visa transfer to the new employer) that the government would reject the transfer and withdraw the visa
· Is there a site on the internet that has the government regulations on visas
