Pursuant to my conversation with Chuck Harple; we believe that Chuck should represent Mathis-Harple and I am not sure if Mark Richardson is going to be present (broker with Transwestern). I don’t believe Rosemont Seneca needs to be at this meeting however Eric perhaps should attend as representative Rosemont Seneca.
