FW: tru.ly follow up and favor Hunter,

Thank you for the intro to Tru.ly. I sent David the note below after his follow up note. The company is too early stage for our focus but will be a good one with which to stay in touch for future opportunities. I am going to introduce David to some friends who may be a better fit for what he is doing.

Best,

John

David,

Thank you for your note. I find what you are doing to be a great opportunity but your company is too early stage for my investment criteria. If your own business already had a stable revenue stream that your were augmenting through acquisition, that would be a better fit for me. The problem is I would not be able to support with my own LPs that you are beyond the technology risk stage.

I am happy to make some introductions to others who may be a better fit for what you are doing.

Best,

John

John,

Just wanted to follow up with you regarding tru.ly. We should learn alot on Monday, it would kill me not ask that if there is any interest on your part, that an email from you expressing your  initial interest (NOT a commitment) if an LOI was signed. This would allow me (with your permission) to forward to Josh, which I have done with Intel and SVB, because he will know you it might just be the nail that will seal this LOI. Wouldn't be doing my job if I didnt ask.

Best,

David
