I spoke with Michael Muldoon this afternoon.   Michael  said that he spoke with Teresa Hughey at Amtrak today  and they have not heard from CSX on the approval.  For your information Senator John Breaux and J.C Watts Jr. are on the Board of Directors of CSX and may be of value.  Please advise.  Thank you.
