I was just grilled for an hour by Nathaniel de Rothschild. He said he is inclined to participate and asked to see the sub docs. He said he would also share with Bob Cohn, the billionaire founder of Octel, who initially introduced us. They would be a small check in the deal but a great relationship for the fund.

Please let me know if there are other investors by whom you'd like me to be grilled:)

Just got a firm $250k commitment from Hsin-Fu Hsin, and entrepreneur friend who invented the semiconductor device that is standard backlighting in all mobile phones. He has talked about being a $2-$5mm LP in RSTP and it is great to get him into this deal.

Let's put our heads together and expand the list of folks we contact for this. A small check now that could lead to a bigger check for RSTP would be a great targets. We will have a lot of momentum for the fund coming off this deal.
