Dear Host Committee,

Let me follow-up on Karen's email - to personally thank each of you. I was truly humbled by your support, attendance, and dedication to helping the Fairness Award succeed. It was truly a pleasure working with this team.

Now that it has been a few days - I realized how each of you contributed not only to the success on Tuesday but laid the groundwork for the Fairness Award to become a unique brand and movement to recognize, honor, and celebrate individuals and organizations that help eradicate poverty.

If you don't mind, I would like to touch base with each of you (along with Caleb and/or Karen) for 10-15 minutes next week. While the Fairness Award is still fresh in your mind - we would like to hear your feedback, thoughts, any follow-up, etc to ensuring a strong event next year. Please feel free to email me a time that works for you.

Thank you once again and I hope you have a nice weekend.

Warm regards,
Aalap

Dear Host Committee:

With your help we have been able to raise over $80,000.  But we’re not quite finished with our efforts.  Calls for sponsorship continue to come in – we hope to meet our $100,000 before next week!  I’m writing to invite you to a “thank you” lunch on November 8th at 12:30.  At the luncheon you will have an opportunity to meet the honoree Albina Ruiz and spend some time hearing about her work first hand.  I hope you can join us – the luncheon will be held at Taberna Del Alabardero 1776 I (Eye) Street, NW  Washington, DC.  At your earliest convenience please let us know whether you will be able to join us.  Thank you again for all your support, Warmest regards, Karen
