We are really on deadline to lock-in a venue for our March 16 event.  I'm sure you, working in the event planning business, can appreciate our concern being just 3 months out and not having locked-in a venue.

We were hoping to get your proposal a day or two after our November 29 meeting, as was indicated.

Could you please send over the proposal as soon as possible?

Sorry I missed your e-mail yesterday! It was a crazy day catching up from last week. Yes, we are on for today.&n bsp; You can park in Lot A which is on Potomac (1^st street become Potomac) behind the park off South Capitol.  Turn onto 1^st off M street – park is on your right.  Come around the back and Lot A is a surface lot just before you get to South Capitol.  There is a security guard there who will have your name.  They will call me when you arrive or you can call me on my cell and I will come and get you.
