That is very short notice and I am currently arranging a meeting with the new US Ambassador to China Max Baucus for late April / early May to meet our leadership team in Beijing.

That said, if there is a very strong conviction that they will say yes to an investment I could rearrange schedule.  If it's a first meeting I would suggest we schedule the meeting with the Ambassador, a Board Meeting, this follow up and any  other follow up fundraising meetings with some lead time for last week of April or first week of May.

Please advise.
