Quick answer is I do not have an answer just yet but that's what I am thinking about, researching and formulating.  CNOOC is a nice to have in the situation that make it a silver bullet.  I do know that.  Getting assigned blocks in KZ for Burisma is a windfall in itself.  I will be back shortly as I try and drill down on a conceptual deal.

Explain to me how a Burisma/ KZ/ China deal would look. I understand Burisma will be the operator/ producer KZ has the asset (at what price) and China is the off take. What quantity of Nat Gas are we talking and is there capacity on the KZ pipeline into China? Who pays for the blocks (Burisma, BHR, CNOC)? What is the total value of what we are being offered? Size of off take?
