Hey, guys.   John and I just talked and here is a good talking point for everyone to use for investment committees re: Board memberships of our partners.

"Many of our partners hold outside board memberships and we encourage them to do so as it broadens the partners' experiences and networks for the benefit of the fund."

AS FOR ANY PRESS CALLS, please make no comment and refer them to our main DC number (202-333-1880) if they ask for a number.

Good points Neil. We are trying to close a number of significant LPs and we all have to be on message as to time commitment and roles.

Hunter,

I just got a call from the WSJ asking about "an investment Hunter Biden made in the Ukraine"--they must have seen that you joined the board of Burisma. I told them our policy is that we do not comment publicly on any activities of the firm or our partners.

Best,

John
