With regard to our previous communications, please find below the following information on the FTi and David Leiter engagements:

We had thorough internal discussions and would like to follow your kind advice to their engagement. 

We are ready to do that for the initial month. The arrangements for the months to come will be discussed and decided following the first month of our joint cooperation.

Please elaborate as to the legal format of this engagement. I put our CLO Andriy in copy, so that he would be involved and could offer his comments. 

Let's get down to work with these partners on the basis of the proposed agenda. 

Also, in addition to what was suggested as a working plan for both FTI and David, I would like us to add a few more points with some concrete targets and indicators. 

- The issue of politically motivated proceedings initiated against us in Ukraine( I provided you with the information on that earlier)

- Nikolay US entry ban

Please, take into account that though he has an entry ban ( supposedly due to the fact that he is on some list), he has a valid ( not revoked) US visa. ( passpart and visa copies attached)

Concerning the Nardello investigations we believe that Kroll report presents all required information and I could get in touch with them to make additional enquiries.  Please, suggest wether it would be more appropriate if  your company did that instead.
