We have booked Hotel Georg V for everybody for 2 nights from 29th, presuming that on 31st some plan to go to Kazhahstan and rest will go home. Waiting from you your side logistics and ternary, to arrange transfers, etc. For 30th event I am working on everything and will let you know.

I'm just working out the logistics for getting over to Paris. Am I correct in thinking that you have booked rooms for the GeorgeV hotel for the night of the 29th? Or should I go ahead and make those arrangements? Also, for the meeting on the 30th, what is required?
