Due to the tragic death of the great Polish leader General Wojciech Jaruzelski (former President of Poland) yesterday and the fact that his funeral is planned for oncoming Friday, President Kwasniewski will be attending the ceremony.

 In this regard, we have to introduce certain changes to our program. I sincerely hope that you won't mind if we hold the BoD meeting on Thursday, May 29 approximately at 4:30-5pm, since you arrive at 10:55 and Mr President arrives pretty much same time in Paris. 

The Hotel has already confirmed such a possibility, so if you all agree we can proceed with this plan. This way we can have dinner after the BoD meeting, stay overnight at the hotel and depart in the morning for Kazakhstan. In this case, we'll be there before night time.
