Vadim – Further to my email earlier today about the visa issue, please note the email below from the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine (to MLS, who initiated the inquiry to them), where they explain that they cannot disclose
“to a third party” any further information on why Nikolai’s visa was revoked. But, if Nikolai contacts them directly, they may provide him with further explanation as to why it was revoked. So please consider having him forward this email chain and inquire
