Please consider my suggestions to the point 1.1
1.1. Nikolai Zlochevsky is a prominent Ukrainian and the sole investor in Burisma Holdings {Brocity Investments). It is important to note that Burisma is one of many investments he has made in Ukraine and elsewhere
As a reader, i want to raise a question "what other investments has Mr Zlochevsky made both in Ukraine and elsewhere, and if so, whether Hunter Biden helps him in his other commitments". I personally fear that by answering this way we may create additional questions.
I fully agree that it has to be emphasized on numerous occasions that Mr Zlochevsky is a businessman, who has been consistently working for many years on improving the company and its structure, since it is his life-work.With this in mind, it's only natural that the company is constantly developing in order to reach new horizons and move to a new level.
For that purpose, in 2013 Burisma adopted a Western-style governance structure including a Board of Directors, Strategic Planning Committee, Audit Committee, and Corporate Secretary.
Could we slightly rephrase this point taking into account given above ideas.
