Dear Ryan and all,

Since we’ve conducted Burisma Holdings’ very first meeting, I believe that it is extremely important to send  a clear signal to investors and public opinion that the Company is continuously building a transparent and effective corporate governance structure and is being open about it.

Vadim/Hunter:

If we are aiming to be overly transparent to signal a change, it may help to post this document to indicate that the board met and you focused on the governance reforms and strategic expansion we have discussed.

However, we are also still in a phase where we may answer questions with "we are a private company and have no obligation to disclose."

I'd recommend that we protect this latter option so we can still ground answers in our private company status. So I'd hold off on the message from the company re: board meeting.

Thanks - Ryan

I don't know of any board - at least that I've participated in that distributes a press release or even discloses there discussions or decisions unless they are a publicly held company and are required to do so. A private company's board meetings are private- unless we have real news to report.

Here are clean and redlined versions of this statement.  Have also included a much shorter version for consideration as a more cautious approach.

Happy to discuss at any time as always.

My feeling is its alittle lite to announce a board meeting in a distributed press release.  I think this is a post to the website and should instigate the blood thirty drudge reporters out there right now.  Just my thought.

I would not state that the meeting was held in Paris - no need to do so and could be seen as both indicating a fear of holding it in Kiev as well as a certain extravagance by the company in a difficult economic time in Ukraine

I am fine with my quote

I look forward to Ryan's comments

Thanks,
