Based on your questions, I've compiled the information you required on numerous issues raised earlier (see attached key messages and Q&A). I agree with your suggested replies. In addition, I've added some of my own. Please, take a look and incorporate them in future work, brush them up, if needed.
Also, attached you will find a chart with the list of licenses obtained by our OpCos (petrolem fields file) as well as the file caled Burisma OM draft, where you will find useful information on corporate data, finances, etc.
I believe that you may find the Kroll report and additional reference materials ( sum up docs as to the past legal disputes over licences) that we've sent some time ago to the Boies, Schiller and Flexner LLP quite useful. Please, address on that Boies team as they have got comprehensive answers to some of the Q&A that we are discussing right now.
With regard to the PR issues following our phone conversation and numerous email exchanges, I would like to bring your attention to the following:
As for the deliverables, I kindly ask you to consider my email as of May, 21 and apart from that, I would like to add the following:
1) First and foremost, a clear long-term strategy for at least next 6 months, including a separate focus on the Shareholder, the Board of Directors and Company's public image in general. For that purpose, we'll need from you a step-by-step list of the work we can do on strengthening the image of the shareholder (interviews, publications, working and/or creating the Shareholder's profile on wikipedia, Bloomberg, etc - suggest more options) as well as the Board of Directors and the Company.
2) Interviews and op-eds. Draft interviews/op-eds of our Directors and the Shareholder and organize their placement. In this regard, set up a short/long list of the most respectable European and American journalists/ newspapers, magazines, websites, blogs, where we should consider potential placement of interviews/ op-eds with our Directors/Shareholder and make a concrete plan when and where they should be published.
3) Internet resources. Use all possible resources to communicate the necessary information. For that purpose:
a) Facebook and Linkedin pages please send us your advice on using them and filling in the content.
b) Wikipedia proceed with further work suggested before and additional items added by us (email as of May 21). Keep me posted on this.
