Burisma and US Partner relations

I would like to discuss with you the following:

 

From Burisma's perspective, so far we've got 4 contractual relations (Boies and Schiller, FTI, ML Strategies and Nardello).

I believe now it’s an appropriate moment to discuss and set up a clear mechanism for formulating the scope of work, reporting patterns etc.  with all our partners mentioned above.

 

1) Nardello. Here the scope of work is defined in the document collateral to the EL, sent to us earlier, time frame and financial terms agreed. So in this case we basically wait for the first results that will be delivered in 15 days and final results within 30 days.

 

2) FTI and ML Strategies. Since the EL are signed by Boies, Schiller & Flexner on our behalf, I would ask you to provide us with the tasks that were set to them by your side and reports on the work conducted by them and results as for the first engagement period of the initial 30 days.

 

For the next engagement period I believe we have to define in clear terms the scope of work they will be doing and the financial terms. Here, I remember you saying that next engagement periods will be less expensive for our side. Also, we need to define the expected results of their work and mechanism of reporting.

 

3) Boies, Schiller & Flexner. The work that your company is doing for us is of a multifaceted nature. I am of an opinion that we first of all we have to draw a line and sum up what has been done during the first month and a half, and formulate reports. And for the following period to  establish the mechanism of formulating the scope of work, directions and tasks that you are engaged in on our behalf;the reporting terms, form and mechanism. Resonably detalieled scope of work/action plan have to be agreed mutualy ( ex: list of meetings, participants, objectives to be reached,  etc) Here, you might consider defining several directions of our operations and the corresponding tasks that go with them.

In relation to last 3 contactual partners of Burisma, we need to formulate reports and devine the next task quite rapidly as for 2 of them 16th is deadline of firm engagement period. From our side i am ready to assist and proceed folloing your initiative and recommendations.
