Devon/Hunter – the point of you giving it a look today, if you have time to do so, is just to get your reaction as to whether you agree that this is addressing Vadim’s request that we all get much more specific
about why we are recommending what we are and what the results will be of such actions. Then, we plan to send Vadim et al revised memos in the next 24 hours, which we will discuss on the Monday 10am call.
