Vadim, Alan, Devon and Hunter – I apologize but an unexpected work emergency arose yesterday and it will take me to Court unexpectedly on Monday morning. It has also caused delay in me finishing the Memo on our overall case strategy that
I had said I would send you by tonight. As a result, I would like to cancel Monday’s 10am call, in which we had planned to go over the Memo. I believe I will be able to send you the Memo on Monday at some point. Therefore, I suggest that we reschedule the
call on a date/time that works for all of you next week once you have had a chance to review the Memo and feel prepared to discuss it. Please note that my memo will incorporate, either directly or as an exhibit, revised versions of the Government and PR plans.
