Thank you for the documents provided. I need some time to go through them, since they obviously require some analysis and discussions. With this in mind, a pause in our engagements with the FTI and ML Strategies could be used to get all the docs brushed up and analyzed. I believe that together we'll reconcile everything and hopefully we'll be ready to restart our engagements with the FTI and ML Strategies from July 1, 2014.
As to the conference call, I will contact you later when I am ready to discuss it.

Vadim et al – Attached is a Strategic Outline memo, per your request, with accompanying exhibits A-C, which include strategic plans from MLS and FTI. Note that the FTI one is in color as attached but can be printed in black and white.
